"This Workout" approaches fitness/weight loss systematically, using proven strategies, group support and most importantly, FUN (yippee!) techniques to help you develop (and maintain) the elusive fitness habit. "This Workout" is NOT a workout and is appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities.

Since this will be our first official "This Workout..." meetup, we'll take some extra time at the beginning for introductions/"housekeeping"/etc before moving into the more "formal" agenda, but we'll still try to keep this meetup to no longer than 90 minutes in duration.
What kind of things will we talk about? For starters, we'll discus the 3 Basic Fitness Categories which I call Level 1, Level 2 and (perhaps not too surprisingly) Level 3 and determine where you fit into the continuum.
Do you want to know how fitness models stay in shape? I'll give you the inside scoop.
Are you convinced that "celebrity fitness trainers" know something about weight loss that you don't? You'll know more about fitness by the end of this meetup than many 'certified' trainers ever will.
Perhaps most importantly, you'll learn some practical and effective strategies to help you get on the fitness-bandwagon once and for all!
While I created this meetup with the "yo-yo exerciser" in mind, even if you're a lifelong exercise junkie, you're sure to walk away with a whole new way of looking at your training program.
No matter what kind of shape you're in now, egos (and excuses) are to be left at the door.
