The apartment is a three bedroom 1800 sq. ft. entire upstairs of a house built in the year 1900 on Warren St SE near the corner of Diamond and Cherry. There are three bedrooms 1 full bath with tub and shower. There is also a large attic with a lot of storage space and walk up access. I currently have a weight and drum set up there, but there is plenty of space left. There is a screened in side porch/patio off of a very large kitchen. All hardwood floors Victorian style architecture. Located almost dead center of three bars and a half a dozen restaurants...

We are looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate roommate (slobs need not apply). Preferably someone who is also a student, but it doesn't really matter though... The downstairs tenants have a one-year old and a five year old, so we must respect the noise levels, but on most weekends they are gone or don't mind if they are here.


Rent is $800 dollars a month. Divided three ways that is $267 a month! Water is included. Gas and Electric are not that bad during the spring through the fall, this month we paid $22.00 each for both utilities. Gas and electric do increase in the winter months but it usually doesn't add up to more than 55 dollars per month, we keep it conservative... There is no off-street parking and the street is not that bad in until the winter months when the snow plow schedule is in effect. Though it wasn't that rough last winter.


There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, but there is no dishwasher. The apartment is furnished from our stuff for the most part and all that would be needed really is bedroom type stuff, but updates, etc. are always welcome.


One roommate is leaving to go to school at Carnegie Melon and the lease is also up at the end of this month, and we will be renewing it on August 1st.
