Flying Scot sailboat, 19 foot, fiberglass day sailor, # 3760 built by Douglas in 10/1982. Fantastic, safe, family boat. Can be sailed by one person or hold up to 6 adults. A very forgiving, stable, one design boat. Still being built today, although new ones can cost over $21,000. This one, you can buy for a fraction of that price. Many fleets around the nation, at least 3 or 4 in Michigan alone. Only draws 4' with the centerboard down and 12" with it up. Two sails, jib and main in good condition. Main and jib sheets. Wood tiller with hiking extension. Rudder, boom vang. New stainless steel halyards. Stainless steel reinforcement collar at base of mast included (about $150). Spinnaker pole and chute available for an additional $150. Will need some additional rigging to fly the chute (spinnaker). Aluminum boom and mast. Additional parts are easily available from the manufacturer. Manufacturer's support is OUTSTANDING. Galvanized trailer in very good condition. 3 New tires including a spare. New bearings about a year ago. Mast supports on boat trailer at both ends. At front of the trailer, the mast will easily clear a minivan. Hull painted recently. Very good boat. Awesome price. You will enjoy it for many years. A motor mount is included as is a boarding ladder on transom, and transom access port. Only need 3-4 hp to easily move the boat across the lake. Reason for selling. I have another older (1965) Flying Scot. Love those boats. Call or text me if you are interested. Phone- show contact info
