We will provide a steady schedule of 30 - 40 hours per week, this may include nights and weekends. Additionally, we assist in First Response situations when they arise (think natural disasters, fires, etc.) which require an "all hands on deck" mentality from everyone within our company in order to support our clients & community.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
o Answering incoming client & facility phone calls / emails to queue up for the Process Services team.
o Making outbound client & facility phone calls / emails.
o Acting with urgency & professionalism to follow up on & resolve client issues.
o Verify and capturing all client & facility information & placing it in the company CRM.
o Perform reservation changes or cancellations, including capturing a copy of the cancellation by both the client and facility.
o Ability to negotiate rates with facilities on behalf of clients.
o Support the Procurement & Bid team with finding availability and negotiated rates in new areas of the country.
o Support the Procurement & Bid team with researching, updating, and re-negotiating current facility rates for savings.
o Submit & Manage roster of crew occupant names to facility to follow up on check in / check out.
o Manage check in with facility prior to client arriving.
o Orientations conducted for new facilities prior to our first check in to ensure they understand and follow CrewFacilities.com policies and procedures.
o Assisting in additional projects and research as needed.
o Work closely with other departments to communicate and create process improvements.
• Skills & Experience Required:
o Previous & verifiable Virtual / Working from Home Experience
o Customer Service Experience
o Sales Experience
o Working in & with multiple data entry systems while simultaneously on the phone.
o Conflict resolution skills.
o Ability to have / maintain a calm & professional demeanor with clients and facilities.
o Flexible availability with scheduling.
o High School Diploma
We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to work flexible hours and directly with us as an independent contractor, (not through an agency). You will confirm all of the requirements per our acknowledgement and agree to comply. Requirements include, but are not limited to: working in a quiet environment with NO background noise; having a complete office setup with computer, headsets, and high speed internet that is reliable, being ready each day 10 minutes before your shift to test system log in’s and verify required sites are running properly without technical issues; and, working solely on CrewFacilities.com work & projects while being logged in for work.
