My track record with this auction house has been positive, with the vast majority of items purchased from them matching the specified condition of working. I'd say it's been above 95% accurate from them so far, and they sold all of these power supplies as in working condition.
The power supplies have been used in an industrial environment and some of them do have scratches and scuffs, some also have dirty fans.
