I am selling a Solid Oak Wood TABLE ONLY with double pedestal base - Fair/Good condition

Specs include: (**NOTE: Table is shown with chairs, but chairs are SOLD).

~ 1 - Solid Oak finish Wood Table that measures: 41.5" width, x 77" Length (with 18" leaf inserted as shown),
x 30" top to bottom. Very solid. Grains of wood all throughout. Double Pedestal Base. Note: Has some
water spots and some marks but can be 'restored' even nicely painted for a whole new look. Without Leaf
Length is 59" Length.

~ 1 - 18" beautiful Leaf (as shown in table). Leaf is in GREAT condition. Hardly used, but does show a little
darker than the table for that reason. Can be inserted easily by pulling apart table.

~From smoke-free home. Kentwood area. **Note: Table is not attached to base for easier moving.
Hardware is included.

~Asking only $75.00 obo. ~Cash or Venmo preferred.
