Why This Role Matters

What You’ll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical specimens
• Prepare, label, process, and package specimens accurately for laboratory testing
• Verify patient identification and demographics, ensuring proper labeling and documentation at time of collection
• Create a welcoming, professional environment while explaining procedures and easing patient concerns
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Follow all established policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Support operations across Patient Service Centers and in‑office locations as needed, including floating between sites
• Manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required; 1–3+ years preferred depending on skill level
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations with minimal notice (as applicable)
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including part‑time or full‑time shifts, weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
