If you are not licensed, it is illegal in the state of Michigan to provide childcare in your home for unrelated children. If you are advertising in-home babysitting/childcare services and are unlicensed you are in violation of Michigan law and subject to prosecution.
Posts are being monitored and followed up by the DHS.
