Landscape Construction Team Members
Landscape Construction Team Members complete landscape installation and construction projects. Crew Leaders are responsible for preparing equipment, directing and developing Crew Members, ensuring quality work is performed, caring for equipment, processing paperwork and ensuring safety. The Crew Leader role is a hands-on position, which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. As a Crew Member, you'll work to gain the experience and skills necessary to advance to the Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal work in the winter.
Team Members Benefits
Crew Leader Base pay: $15-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Crew Member Base pay: $12-$17 per hour, depending on experience

Desired Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of professional landscape installation experience
Experience with skid steer operation and other landscape-related equipment preferred
Supervisory experience and leadership skills required for Crew Leader position
Chauffeur's license or the ability to obtain one required for Crew Leader position
Strong problem solving skills
Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
Desire to grow and improve
Well-developed time management skills
Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time
