I know this is a long shot, especially since several months have passed, but I'll give it a try. You and I worked together on an AmeriCorps service project last May at a house in Muskegon Heights. I remember that your name is Mary. You encouraged me a lot that day, and I still think about how fun it was to work with you. You provided a lot of support, especially when we were carrying all that heavy furniture out of that dank, dark basement and you used the light on your phone to help us see. I also appreciated when you stepped up to help me rake leaves when no one else wanted to. At one point, when I was loading the dumpster, you told me that I needed to take a break, but I tried to laugh it off (I admit it though, I overworked myself that day and ended up getting dehydrated, so I should have listened to you). I want to thank you for your kindness and hard work that day. You were an awesome team member, and I wish I had tried to talk to you more. If you remember me and are interested in contacting me, tell me a unique fact about that day so that I know for sure it's you (e.g. what our team name was or what color shirts we got that day, etc.). I really hope we can connect and get to know each other. Hope you had a merry Christmas!
