I am selling a vintage Getzen model 300 trumpet in excellent condition. Serial # K77527 dates the horn to 1978. As a former band director, music educator, and trumpet player for over 50 years, I believe the Getzen model 300 to be one of the best student / intermediate line of trumpets ever manufactured. My first trumpet in 1971 as a beginning band student was a Getzen model 300 which I played all the way through high school. This horn is in overall very good condition with a few minor dents and dings. Valves are great and all slides move freely and easily. Lacquer finish is very good given the age of the horn. Comes with original case and Getzen 5c mouthpiece. This model comes with the very desirable Amado push button water keys. The quality of these older vintage horns is far above any current import horns from China and India. Save your money, those import horns are junk. Asking $200. Firm on price. Cash and face to face.
