I'm a retired career maintenance man with a lifetime of knowledge and experience who still has a lot to offer and I'm looking for an opportunity to relocate to the Grand Rapids, Muskegon or Lansing areas. My background has covered decades in both the Hospitality and Multi Family industries. I am looking for opportunities Manufactured Home Community, Multi Family and Self Storage industries as well as Resident Motel Manager/Maintenance. I can be relatively flexible with my salary requirements as long as onsite housing is provided as part of the package. My maintenance career began at the age of 16 and I have developed a well rounded broad scope of skills. I can work full time or part time to suit you requirements.
