Please answer the questions:
What is your situation? What is your degree? Work situation?

I only meet and interview in town first to know you are legit/real, at a local coffee shop or restaurant. Best to vet each other out in a public place first.

I know the entire region very well and can help you find anything, from best pizza, burgers, coffee shops, places to game, bike, hike, cooler beaches, bars, micro-breweries, ranges, restaurants, study places.

I'm not into drama ppl and am reasonable, healthy, non-addict, educated, and travel all over the United States for my work with athletes. I really like an international mix of people to live with, as professionals with college degrees fit best. They generally are engineers, doctors, nurses. Not into drugs or heavy drinking house.
