Professional Female looking for Housing/Female Roommate (Grand Rapids)

cats are OK - purrr
dogs are OK - wooof

I need to find a place to live by October 31st, when my current lease ends. I'm open to moving into a place with someone already in it, or else I'd like to find a roommate to search for two bedroom apartments with.
I'd prefer only one other female roommate, though I could be open to two other females if we're compatible. No guys please--sorry, it's just my preference.
I've looked into a few 2-bedroom apartments, and would be happy to look at more if I have a roommate to go in on it with me.

I'm a friendly, considerate, professional female, and I'd like to spend no more than $600 per month, including utilities.
A big thing for a potential roommate to know, is that I'm a professional musician, a violinist in the symphony here. So you'd have to be ok with me practicing my violin many hours a day in the house. I'm considerate and wouldn't do it at crazy hours (like, not after 10 p.m. And I'm open to discussing what hours you think are good regarding morning.) I would keep it to my own bedroom.
In case you're someone who always prefers total quiet in the house, I wanted to be upfront about that.

Otherwise, I'm clean, considerate and easygoing, and don't have pets. I've had quite a few roommates in my life, in different cities, and have gotten along well with all of them--some of them became good friends--I can provide good references. I don't smoke or do any drugs, and am looking for the same in a roommate. I could be open to a roommate with a pet, depending what it's like.

I'd like to find a roommate who's a good communicator and considerate person. It's not necessary to be best friends, but it's always nice when roommates do become friends. At the very least, it would be nice to live with someone who's friendly and caring. Also, I'm not a neat freak. If you're somewhere in the middle between being an extreme neat freak and an extremely dirty person, or if you're laidback in this regard, we'll probably get along.

I've only lived in Grand Rapids for a year, but from what I know so far, I'd prefer to be in the northeast or northwest side of town--or as close to downtown as I can afford. But I'm open to lots of options right now. Heritage Hill is a possibility in my mind too.

Please let me know if you're interested so far. Calling, texting, or emailing is fine.
Thank you!
