Newer custom designed 3000' house overlooking wooded ravine and creek in a private neighborhood on Spring Lake. You can see the lake from the front yard. Water access with parks with sight. I see deer every week. It's pretty nice here.

Please answer the questions to see if we are a fit:
How old are you? Did you go to college? What is your situation?
I only meet and interview in town first to know you are legit/real, at a local coffee shop or pub. Best to vet each other out in a public place first.
Further questions can be discussed in person when we meet.
I know the entire region very well and can help you find anything, from best pizza, best burgers, coffee shops, places to bike, hike, cooler beaches, bars, micro-breweries, restaurants, study places.
I'm not into drama ppl and am reasonable, healthy, non-addict, educated, and travel the US for my work with athletes. I like international mix of housemates, professionals with college degrees fit best. I've mostly had all engineers, doctors and nurses, a few police officers as housemates. Not into drugs or heavy drinking house. It's just a nice getaway, very quiet, but I don't have a problem with noise.
