ACI USA, LLC is seeking highly motivated individuals who will be responsible for competent performance of all tasks related to residential cable installation, upgrade and troubleshooting activities while meeting/exceeding company standards and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following tasks, other duties may be assigned
Install new service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair or replace customer’s existing equipment as needed
Handle all customer complaints, questions and develop solutions
Must maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and performance throughout the day
Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards
Provide the customer with the best service and promote a good relationship between the customer and the company
Work closely with dispatch in accordance to company procedures
Complete paperwork with each work order in a timely manner
in order to ensure all details of the work are recorded for entry in the
Assist with work overflow when needed
Ability to work to meet both customer and company demands within a short timeframe
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required
Follow all company policies and procedures
Adhere to company safety policy
Other duties as assigned

One year experience in electronics, CATV, telecommunications or related field, cable installation is a plus
Basic knowledge and understanding of multi-meter, RF signal level meter, computers and the Internet.
Must be able to frequently lift 80 lbs., climb heights and work inside attics and crawl spaces
Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day
Properly operate and maintain installation tools, hand tools and equipment
One year customer experience preferred
Ability to communication with the customer in a clear and straight forward manner
Must be highly motivated with a proven record of high productivity
Able to work outside in all types of weather
Able to work long hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Microsoft Office computer skills.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing of a background check, motor vehicle record check, and a drug test per, per company policy
Must possess a valid driver's license
