The jaws are in Excellent shape and it works nice and smooth with almost no backlash, the jaws are not reversible and it does not have the other set of jaws with it, also no chuck key is with it.
Actual largest outside diameter is 10"
3" Thru hole
D18 Camlock spindle taper mount
but it is missing the cam pins, you can find those for sale on the internet.
