Complete 6pc Jacobs Rubber Flex Lathe Collet Set 5/8 to 1-3/8" - $95 (Grand Rapids NW side)

This set looks to be in good shape yet for it's age, the only problem I see is that the 2 little latches on the front do not latch to keep the cover closed, looks like the little knobs that stick out are supposed to stick out further so the clasp can slide behind them to secure it.
Maybe they can be popped out just a little with a small screwdriver?
Each collet has a different number on it and the set ranges from 5/8" up to 1-3/8"
