make / manufacturer: Vestil
model name / number: LH-242056-4SFL (500LB version)
Vestil LLH-242056-4SFL 500LB capacity lift with hydraulic foot pump system.

If you look up the model, please note this is the steel 500LB capacity version, not the cheaper 400LB capacity version. Made in the USA.

Purchased at auction to serve as a load lifter to load / unload heavy items for my service van, I found it just wasn't a good fit in the van and I have and decided to look for a more compact model.

This model lifter is over $2K new:
https://www.amazon.com/Vestil-Steel-Lite-Load-Lift/dp/B0027Y52DC

I have tested it and it works. Caster wheels are very free-moving and it is easy to move. Also is designed to be easy to load into a van or truck bed with the top wheels (you tilt it backward into the truck/van, lift from the bottom sliding the top wheels forward into the truck or van, then can stand it upright after).

It was used daily in an industrial environment and has various cosmetic dings. See pictures.

Issues found on inspection and testing: of the 8 rail bearing / rollers in the mechanism, 1 roller is missing. The lift platform encounters a bit of sticking action or friction at the midpoint of the lift - this does not prevent lifting, though when lowering with no load on it the lift platform takes a bit of wiggle/push action to lower past it. The rubber 'foot' is missing from the position-hold bar (the bar that lowers down to touch the ground and hold the lift from wheeling around) - though for that you could jam a tennis ball onto the end and it would work. Inspection was comprehensive, no other issues.

Edit: I found something appropriately heavy to more properly test the lifter - roughly 150-200lbs (not sure of the exact amount but it was just at the limit of what I can lift) - the load lifter actually operates more smoothly with a heavy load. The bit of sticking action at the midpoint I encountered when lowering it with no load stops affecting it with a load.

I have cleaned most of the surfaces and applied white lithium grease to the inner rails, which has smoothed out the lift action a fair bit.

Lift is 68in tall at the top, 52.5in max lift platform elevation from floor. Lift tines are 10in wide and 19.25 in from backplate to tip, back lift plate is 24in wide. Roller platform non-raising struts are each ~7in wide with 27.5 in wide at outside edges and 19 in long front to back.

If you don't have a vehicle able to pick it up I can potentially deliver it depending on distance.

If the post is still up, the lift is still for sale. I will remove the listing promptly upon sale.

I have my phone on me pretty much all the time and will respond to email promptly - next day response at most if I'm at work.
